Emotional resilience – recovering and thriving after setbacks August 24 2019

There are many beautiful moments that I hold the precious space for in my clinical practice and bear privileged witness to – where courageous people turn towards their suffering and open their hearts to rebuild and reconnect with their most important life relationships. This reminds me of the fragility of the human heart and human relationships. We all come into this world to love and be loved and yet so often this is never communicated fully and disconnect happens in so many of our closest relationships – and time is short.

I am offering two special retreats this summer that have been requested by ‘my lovely gatherers’- past participants of the mindful self compassion programme who commit to a regular six -weekly gathering to support their ongoing practice and each-other- to strengthen emotional well-being and resilience before stepping back into every-day life and its ups and downs, with the pain of connection and disconnection.

If you feel that these day retreats are for you and you have some mindfulness practice already and would like to explore more deeply then come and join me at the tranquil Disley Quaker meeting House this August .
I have two offerings and if you would like to attend please give me a call or email me in the first instance so we can see if the retreats would be beneficial for you.
or simply msg me or call me on 07753 957371
PLEASE NOTE THESE RETREATS WILL BOOK UP QUICKLY AND SPACES ARE LIMITED.
