Gratitude – an antidote to striving, resistance, and suffering
Today I am practicing mindful self compassion for my body and ‘soften soothe and allow’ meditation for pain.I have broken my right wrist in 2 places so please bear with me if I am slow to respond to emails and my new website and summer newsletters are slightly delayed. This is a good opportunity to be mindful of my body and rest and practice self compassion for the frustration and fear that can often accompany debilitating injuries.
