 Deposit and Cancellation policy.

When an appointment is made there is usually a £25.00 deposit to be paid prior to attending the first session, by mutual agreement. This is deducted from the consultation fee at the end of the final session. This deposit is fully refundable should you not be able to attend or wish to defer attendance up to 48 hours and no later than 24 hours before commencement of the first session. If cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the first appointment then the deposit is held until the appointment is rescheduled. It is non refundable at this point. This policy is discretionary.
